About Us
VillaLuciana is located in the municipality of Sinnai, in the Solanas district, just 300 meters from the beautiful sandy beach.
The property has 6 spacious rooms, all independent from one another and equipped with a private bathroom.
There is also an independent apartment that can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child (3 adults are not allowed).
The minimum stay is three nights. Reservations must be made at least 3 days before the arrival date.
All rooms are equipped with:
- – private bathroom
- – bed linen and towels (bath sheets)
- – microwave oven
- – refrigerator
- – coffee machine with capsules
- – TV
- – air conditioning
Each room also has a private outdoor space and an outdoor shower with hot water.
The property also offers a shared washing machine for guests.
The tourist tax to be paid to the municipality of Solanas is €1.50 per person per night.
